The Pneumology Clinic includes departments of bronchology, lung function diagnosis, a sleep laboratory and an oncology specialist out-patients department. Cooperation with the specialist departments in Buch allows a fully comprehensive range of treatments to be offered in addition to those for respiratory diseases and bronchial conditions. The Thoracic Surgery Clinic in conjunction with the Clinic for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine carries out all operations involving the chest, neck and abdominal regions, and some of these involve video-assistance. There is specialist experience with broncho- and angioplastic methods for bronchial carcinoma and procedures involving chest infections. There is a supra-regional admission of patients with chest and as well as tracheal lesions. The physicians also offer advice to colleagues throughout the region.

The Berlin-Buch Rheumatology Clinic offers under one roof integrated in- and out-patient treatment. Out-patient treatment is carried out in the Rheumatology Dispensary, a specialist out-patient service for patients with rheumatic disease. A total of 80 acute beds are available for in-patient treatment. Patients with rheumatic diseases from all parts of the Federal Republic and all insurance providers are treated. Special rheumatology diagnosis and treatment as well as comprehensive physiotherapy and targeted care are available. A very broad spectrum of care can be offered due to the close proximity to the facilities of the HELIOS Klinikum Berlin.
